What to expect:

We service the Chippewa River in Midland County. Whether you choose our short, medium, or long trip, the river is quiet, relaxing, and surrounded by natural environment. The flow is just fast enough to do most of your paddling work for you, while not having to worry about rapids or obstructions. There are kayak launches at all entry and exit points, so our trips are PERFECT for paddlers of all ages and experience levels!

What is included:
Shuttle: All of our trips include a shuttle from your vehicle to the launch.
Kayak: Choose from a sit-in, sit-on-top, and tandem kayak. ALL of our equipment is high-quality, clean, and regularly maintained
PFD: Our life vests are all marine standard and custom fit
Instruction: Custom instruction for the experience level of your group
Assistance with launching: We make sure you get on the water safely
Equipment return: Just leave the equipment for us at the end. We'll take care of the rest!

What to bring: Drinks, snacks, sunscreen, hat, towel, sunglasses
Forgot something? Stop by our store! Just a block from the Tridge
Can I bring...
Dogs? Yes! Just let us know ahead of time :-)
Fishing poles? Yes! The river is full of small mouth bass
Cooler? Yes! (Stop by our store for some unique drinks!)

Minimum age? None! (Minors must be accompanied by an adult). We have junior kayaks, tandem kayaks, and our single sit on tops are perfect for your littlest to sit on your lap.

Do we have tubes? We do not recommend tubes for this section of the river. Tubing is much more fun further up river in Mt. Pleasant!
