Spend 2, 3, or 4 hours paddling down the scenic Chippewa River. The river is calm, shallow, and ripe with wildlife. There is enough flow to make paddling easy, but slow enough to be safe and easy to manage for all experience levels. Even beginners! We provide a shuttle for your group to the launch site, instruction, and assistance with launching. Your group will paddle and float downstream to the Chippewa Nature Center or the Tridge Downtown Midland (depending on the route you choose). We also offer a shuttle to/from Midland hotels for guests in town without a vehicle. 

Give your group the experience of kayaking and paddle boarding the bay right from the beach at Bay City State Park! Choose from single kayaks, tandem kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards designed for stability in the open water. Bring a picnic and spend up to 2, 4, or 8 hours at the beach with your kayaks and paddle boards of choice. We provide life vests and instruction.
